Terms and conditions

Competition name	Smart Ease x Pylon Lucky Draw (“Competition”)
Promoters	Energy Lease Pty. Ltd. trading as Smart Ease (“Smart Ease”) and Saru Technologies Pty. Ltd. trading as Pylon (“Pylon”).
Commencement date	1 September 2024
Closing date	30 November 2024
Who can enter?	Smart Ease portal (https://paymentplan.smartease.com.au/account/login) users affiliated with an Accredited Smart Ease Channel Partner (“User”) are eligible to enter.
How to enter	Each Payment Plan submitted via the Pylon platform and approved by Smart Ease between 1 September 2024 and 30 November 2024 constitutes one valid entry. Multiple entries are permitted and encouraged.
Limitations	No prizes may be claimed in conjunction with any other Smart Ease or Pylon offer, prize or incentive. Smart Ease and Pylon reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct or otherwise acts to undermine the fairness of the Competition.
Prizes	First prize: Drone valued at AUD749 Second prize: Visa Gift card valued at AUD250 Third prize: Visa Gift card valued at AUD100 Prizes will be drawn on or before 8 December 2024 at Smart Ease Melbourne office. Winners will be drawn at random and allocated in the order they are drawn. For example, the first valid entry drawn at random will be allocated first prize, and so on. Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. There will be no prize substitutions unless the original prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Smart Ease or Pylon’s control. In the event of substitution, a prize of equal value will be provided.
How will prize winners be contacted?	Prize winners will be advised via email on or before 12 December 2024 and must confirm receipt of that email. The first prize will be sent to the winner’s address once they have confirmed their details. The second and third prizes will be emailed to winners once they have confirmed their email address. Neither Smart Ease nor Pylon takes any responsibility for any Prize being damaged, lost or stolen once it has been sent to the winner.
Publication of winners	Prize winners consent to the publication of their name and workplace being published via Smart Ease social media and website in connection with the Competition.
Unclaimed prizes	In the event that a prize is not claimed by 18 December 2024, another prize winner will be drawn at random from the eligible pool of entrants.
Privacy statement	Smart Ease will not use the entrants’ information except in accordance with the purposes stated in these terms and conditions. The Privacy Policy can be found at https://smartease.com.au/privacy-policy/.
