This fuel can be used in a variety of applications, including powering vehicles and generating electricity. When hydrogen is burned, the only by-product is water, making it a potentially clean and environmentally friendly fuel source, dependent on how it’s produced. ‘Green hydrogen’ refers to hydrogen which has been produced using renewable energy.

Hydrogen is currently expensive to produce and store, and widespread adoption of hydrogen as a fuel will require significant advancements in technology and infrastructure.
