Meet Amy, our customer service wiz

Amy Cunningham joined the Smart Ease team four years ago from the shores of Ireland. Ever since, she’s played an instrumental role in developing the customer service processes that serve as the backbone of our business. 

As a key member of our operations team, Amy exemplifies the human element of our brand. She’s always there for our telco and smart Channel Partners, making sure their customer applications go through without a hitch. And when needed, she’s the person they talk to, dealing with any issues that arise in an efficient and thorough manner.

What’s been the highlight of your time at Smart Ease so far?

A highlight would have to be travelling to the Philippines a number of times to meet and train our Cebu-based customer service team. There’s nothing like face-to-face learning – it was great to experience and understand their culture first-hand.

What motivates you to bounce out of bed and come to work?

We’re a tight-knit at Smart Ease and I really appreciate being part of a team with shared values.

I also love working closely with our Channel Partners and building strong relationships with them so I can provide them with the best customer service experience.

You’re originally from Ireland. What do you love about living in Australia?

Australia is so different to Ireland – the weather of course and all the beautiful places to visit. 

What’s your mantra?

Good things come to those who wait.

Favourite movie or band?

Rihanna – I love her.
