Kath Chapman joined the Smart Ease team less than 12 months ago, although it feels like she’s been with us forever. With her unflappable, sunny attitude and years of experience in the telco industry, she has become an indispensable member of the Smart Ease customer service team.
Bringing her trademark warmth and efficiency to every customer interaction, Kath has become a real go-to for our Channel Partners. She is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and solve a problem and has been instrumental in streamlining internal processes at Smart Ease.
What’s been the highlight of your time at Smart Ease so far?
The highlight for me is working in an industry I have a passion for and knowing that my daily work contributes to helping businesses reduce carbon emissions, bettering our environment.
What motivates you to bounce out of bed and come to work?
Our team! I love working with an awesome, diverse group of people. Everyone has something to offer, and I feel valued in my role.
I also love working closely with our Channel Partners and building strong relationships with them so I can provide them with the best customer service experience.
You’ve lived all over Australia. What’s been your favourite place to call home?
The Sunshine Coast, hands down. Who wouldn’t want to call a holiday destination home. We have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the weather is magnificent (most of the time).
What’s your mantra?
Find the silver lining.
What’s the one food you can’t live without?
Chocolate, specifically Cadbury’s.
